People are judgmental against others and defensive when advice is given to them because fear. Pain and suffering and fear of what the truth is and who they really are. They've been bullied themselves, had family harm them, and had institutions like churches program them!
These people are so hurt that they are like zombies, the walking dead. All they know how to do is to pick the brains from other people. They are like vampires, having been turned into vampires by other vampires their power sucked from them so they have to get it back and the easiest fastest way is to do as taught by the vampire that did it to them and do it to others.
So, bullies are bullies because they are made blind to the light within themselves. They think they are dark. So, the only way they can cope is to try to get others to be like them. So that way they don't have to be disturbed by seeing the light they don't see in themselves anymore staring right back at them in another's eyes. That way they can be dark as well and then they won't have to feel so bad.
You see, at the beginning there was Unity. But this Unity was ALL DARKNESS. Then something happened to add something foreign into the midst of the darkness, and it was called Light. Light disconnected darkness from itself and so ended it's unity. Darkness wants it's unity back, can you blame it? So, that is what the darkness is doing, just trying to get things back the way they were.
Some in mystic circles, especially New Age, only talk about Love & Light. They talk about how all is one and that we are meant to be all One in the Light. Others speak of oneness too, like the Buddhists. But it is the New Agers that talk about Unity of the Light.
Well, Unity of hte Light is just as bad as Unity of the Darkness. We need rather to have BALANCE between light and dark!
I mean, it's just as bad thinking you have to be hapy and live in light and love al the time as it is to do the opposite.
As Yrsol Whisperwhing says in the game Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning:
"Loose your grief that it not constrain,
sheathe your anger that it not overwhelm.
Let all your emotions play but in
moderation."
